I was born in a little town near Lleida. Internet didn't exist. World seemed bigger than now.

I've been studying English since the first teachers appeared in the school. Also, I passed my Phd in Physical Education. Nowadays I'm working as a Personal Trainer.

I love traveling around the world, trying to discover different lifestyles. If it's possible I give my opinion and knowledge about health and back health.
